Last week the Florida court spent several days deliberating where Anna Nicole Smith was going to be laid to rest…Nevermind her having already purchased a plot for herself next to Daniel in the Bahamas! Now I must say…it was a mess! The whole thing completely irrevelant to the case presented before the court: simply to unveil where Anna wished to be laid to rest! Everyone who paid any attention to Anna at all would know how much she lived for Daniel..and for her to bury Daniel in the Bahamas and buy a second plot right next to his would know and understand that it was meant for her! And that’s the bottom line…they took it so far as to see videos and try to determine if she was impared in any way and accuse her of being heavily under the influence and so on! They just kept on falling so far off course it was really driving me mad! I mean what did they really need the lawyers present for? The judge asked the witnesses questions during the cross examinations..if it wasn’t heading in the direction he thought it should be..he would interrupt and often have the lawyers take a seat and he would take over…the lawyers were constantly reminding the judge of the laws and advising him what direction to take…it was like a circus! I watch Court t.v. all the time and have never seen a courtroom that was so out of control…it was like being in a conference…there wasn’t any structure at all! OK…this whole hearing was to determine where Anna Nicole wished to be buried..and the judge wanted to follow out her wishes..well his frustrations came from 3 major parties, who all claimed to have loved and respected her so much, her mother Virgie, who Anna clearly hated..since she left from her abusive life when she was 15 years old! She wanted to take Anna back to Texas..Anna left there for a reason…she hated it! Larry Birkhead was sympathetic to the fact that Anna wished to be with Daniel, although she had always told him her wishes were to be buried in the same cemetary as Marilyn Monroe! And then there was Howard, her best friend for well over 10 years and her partner, who, of course was fighting for her wishes to be carried out and that she be laid to rest with Daniel! Well the judge finally gave his very emotional verdict on Thursday..that she be buried in the Bahamas with Daniel! Now Anna’s estranged mother has filed an appeal, claiming that she should be recognized as Anna’s next of kin, nevermind DanielLynn, and that she should have the right to bury her daughter in Texas! Anna hated her mother and Texas; she clearly hasn’t seen her or had any relations with her in 15 years! The bottom line is, and for Anna’s sake, I hope this is what they look at…when someone buys a burial plot, that’s where they wish to be laid to rest! Reguardless of all the circumstancial evidence these people claim they have that should be acknowledged…Anna bought Daniel’s plot in the Bahamas and she purchased her’s at the same time right beside his…that’s where she wants to be buried! Please lay her to rest…and let that woman be with her son! They wasted an entire week last week and now this week, as well! If her mother really loved her, as she claims to, she would know that Anna needs to be with Daniel!
Anna Nicole Smith was born on November 28, 1967 in the small town of Mexia, Texas. She was born Vicki Lynn Hogan and changed her name several times before finally sticking to Anna Nicole. She had a very unstable childhood; having been abandoned by her father as a child she was raised by her aunt and her mother. At the age of 17, she became pregnant with her son Daniel. Anna tried to do the right thing for her son and married his father, Billy Smith, however the marriage didn’t last…she was divorced by the age of 19. She faced many hardships, as one could only imagine, and began dancing to support Daniel…it was then that she learned the power of her beauty and met her second husband Howard J. Marshall. Although he was 60 years older than she was; he was a billionaire and promised to marry her and take care of her and Daniel for the rest of their lives. After his death her life long legal battle for his estate began, and unfortunatly has still not been settled. It was then that she hired Howard K. Stern, as her lawyer, and their relationship over the years became intimate. Through all the negative attention she received as being a golddigger she went on to pursue her life long dream of becoming the next Marilyn Monroe, who she idolized from the time she was a little girl. She appeared in several films including The Naked Gun 33 1/2, but she really hit it big after she got her infamous implants and entered the Playboy Cover Contest in 1991. She won the contest and her career was wide open from there. She went on to follow in her idols footsteps and was crowned Playmate of the Year in 1993. Through it all Howard and Daniel were right there by her side, Howard was always in love with her! He admired her! Anna went on to do her own reality show…that’s when I really took an interest in her…she was great…she was real! She was convinced to lose weight and teamed up with TrimSpa and became their spokesmodel..the results were amazing..she looked more beautiful than ever! Daniel was always such a shy boy and her lifestyle was very dramatic for him but he was by her side every step of the way, he adored his mother! Anna always bragged about him and said he was her only stable foundation, she referred to him as “her rock!” The last year just seemed to be so awesome for her, she anounced she was pregnant, Daniel was so happy to be a brother. They moved to the Bahamas, which Anna referred to as “her paradise”…she had Howard and the life she always dreamed of despite all the drama that continued to unfold around her! Who would’ve known that paradise would turn into such a tragic nightmare with the death of Daniel, only days after her beautiful baby girl Danielynn Hope was born. Anna’s spirit died with him! Although she married Howard and tried to find healing in her baby’s eyes she was a lost soul without Daniel! She had nightmares that he was calling for her and he was scared and lost…she knew where she needed to be! I pray for her soul to be reunited with Daniel and that they both rest in peace and harmony for eternity. I long to see the result of her beautiful daughter and may she follow in her mother’s path and fulfill all of her dreams!
It’s just a tragedy…what else can you say?! I’m just like everyone else…trying to make some sense out of a completely senseless situation. I mean you can’t even turn on the t.v. without hearing about her life and death! I’ve always been a fan…she was the most real and out there celebrity I’ve ever paid any attention to and that’s what made her so interesting to all of us! Her whole life was an open book and she lived for the cameras! What’s really pissing me off though, is all of these people, who obviously don’t know a damn thing about Anna and Howard, coming out and trying to blame him for her death. Anna called all of the shots, that man bowed down to her…whatever she wanted that man did it….I’m saddened to wonder what’s gonna become of him now…his world was Anna! And as far as her mother going to the Bahamas to get the baby…that is the last person in the world Anna would ever want to lay eyes on her baby! Anna hated her mother…that’s gotta say something about that fake ass lady right there! Thank god she was denied any rights! Now there’s talk about Howard’s residency in the Bahamas…well hello…him and Anna were married! He needs to just take off while he has the chance, with the baby! Now Larry is in the Bahamas trying to have the emergency hearing for the DNA testing…I hope he’s not the father…and him and his lawyer look like fools! Hopefully Anna’s sister is right and it is Howard Marshall’s frozen sperm…what happens then?! This whole situation is just crazy and driving me mad! I’ll write more later…there’s so much more to it!
