You can make as little or as much as you wish...you want it to be really coarse, like any exfoliator, so start with the salt..I even found you can use sugar..or anything with that texture to exfoliate your skin. Then, add the honey (you want to use plenty of it). The honey is an awesome antioxidant for your skin. Mix the salt and honey well and keep it thick! The olive oil is great if you have dry skin- if your skin is oily- you won't want to use as much...but it is essential, especially if you use the salt..it is also very soothing to your skin! Make sure you keep it really thick so that when you add the milk it doesn't thin out too much- if it does just add more honey or salt...that's why I ended up making so much, lol! But you want enough milk to make it creamy...but still pasty! I'm sure you've heard of milk baths...milk is probably the best, purest moisturizer for your skin! You'll get it...and you'll see it's wonderful...you could also add vitamin E oil instead of the olive oil..Good luck! Hope it works for you as it has for me!

Could you post a little more of detail as far as how much of the ingredients you used? I have heard of this before but never tried it. Thanks!
